Buyforthebirds ships all U.S. bound packages UPS Ground Service.  We do not accept International orders. Shipping prices are based on order characteristics such as item weights, package sizes and the delivery address.  Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. 

Items in stock usually ship same day or next business day and out of stock items within 7 to 10 business days.  We combine items to reduce the number of shipments.  This may cause an in stock item to ship outside of the next business day window.  This policy helps us to keep costs down.  We pass those savings on to you, our customer, with our low pricing.

We only offer expedited shipping on a case by case basis.  If you wish to have your order shipped via an expedited shipping method (for example: Overnight or second day), please send an e-mail to our customer service team  (customerservice@buyforthebirds.com) and we will respond with availability.  If you have already placed your order with us, please include your order number.  If you have not yet placed an order with us, then please include the item number(s) or SKU(s) for the item(s) you wish to have expedited.  The item numbers can be located on the product item detail pages.

We want you to be satisfied.  Should you wish to return or exchange any product within 60 days of purchase simply e-mail us at (returns@buyforthebirds.com) stating the name of the product, your original order number, your reason for return, and method of payment.  We will refund the full amount including original shipping and handling fees upon receipt of package.  Customers are responsible for return shipping fees except in the event of damaged products.  Please notify us immediately if you receive any product that is damaged and retain the original packaging.  We will contact you with specific instructions for that particular product.
